20.01.2022 'How to do a Burpee' *Stand straight, then lower into a squat position with your hands on the floor in front of you. *Kick your feet back into a push-up position and immediately drop your chest to the floor. *Bow your chest up as you return your feet back to the squat position as fast as possible.... *Jump up into the air as high as you can. *Add a little clap or do 2 x punches into the air for pizazz! Do 15 x Burpees - 10 x times - have a 1 x minute rest in-between or keep going until you can't do anymore. It's normal to feel tired at number 10 but just keep going. Sound tough? They are but they’re worth it for all the awesome benefits they offer. Here are 5 reasons why you should love burpees: 1. They work your entire body 2. You can do them anywhere 3. They boot your endurance (no treadmill required) 4. They'll get you stronger 5.They're a great addition to any workout Do exercises these with your Billy Lids, they'll love you for it, it's good for them and as you can see from this video, they are great for motivation.. 20.01.2022 The Human Body Bag with 'Ziggy Stardust' and 'The Scottish Jock'. This is a two man exercise. You'll need a body shield and a pair of gloves. Look online to purchase or look up Paul Fogg on Facebook he sells all the gear. The person wearing the Body Shield is getting an Ab/Core workout. He's also moving around working his legs. His buddy is working his cardio vascular system, shoulders, arms, legs. Also great for hand eye co-ordination. Comes in handy if you have a home invas...ion or you need to fight off the sheila's. 4 x 2 minute rounds with a minute rest in-between and punch as hard as you can. As you get fitter, do more rounds and less rest.

13.01.2022 Get your buddy to sit on the ground and hold your legs above the knee around the calves. Then from stand up position in one quick move - sit down, lay down and the stand back up again and punch the air 4 x times. This is a great core strength exercise, working your legs, butt, arms, core.

08.01.2022 This is a 2 man exercise. Old mate runs as hard as he can and your mate applies the pressure so that he is working to keep moving forward. This exercise works your whole body, your legs, your core and cardio vascular system. If you are in the desert likes these blokes, you'll need a fly net over your face otherwise you'll be snacking on flies whilst you are running.



01.01.2022 The Rope Burner Another 2 man exercise - This one is a killer. Get yourself some mariners rope approx 15 meters long and a pair of gloves. You can get the rope... either online or at your local chandlery store. Gloves can be brought online or Hardware Store.. you don't want friction burns. Get your buddy to glove up and stand strong whilst he applies as much tension to the rope so that you can only just get it moving. Then pull that rope as hard and as fast as you can. This exercise will work every muscle in your body and its a great cardio vascular workout - pure anaerobic .. your lungs will be screaming!
