It was important to me that this be done without compromising on quality and keeping the approach as sustainable as possible so it took some time trying diff...erent options before I found the right local printer and framer. 02.01.2022 Twas nice to receive the new issue of Smith Journal today and see my portrait of tattoo machine maker Brett Stewart. I enjoyed meeting Brett, a real craftsman, old school, and the challenge of photographing him in his crowded and chaotic workshop with a soft box shoved in one corner and me balancing on one leg between an old broken air conditioner and a wood lathe in the other.
