19.01.2022 Due to this hot weather here in Kerang tomorrow & Saturday we will not be despatching any orders tomorrow. Despatch of orders will start again Monday.... We also have been trialling some Ice Packs in our orders that we have sent out the last couple of days. If you receive an order with these in please let us know how your order arrived Hopefully in the little while you will see these ice packs appear on our website where you can add them to your order for a small charge. All our orders do come wrapped in insulated bubblewrap as well. We do highly suggest that you select Express Post option at checkout when placing your order. Also we do ask that you are home to receive your order, and that it is sent to an address that it can be received on the first attempt of delivery. Once your order is despatch you will be sent an automatic email from our website with a tracking number, please ensure you track your order through the Australia Post website or App. If you have not chosen Express Post and would like your order to be sent that way please contact us via email (not facebook messenger) and quote your order number and we will work out the difference in price. We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and are running slightly behind in despatching but we will ensure all orders are sent out as soon as possible. Australia Post have confirmed for anything sent Standard Post by 12th December & Express Post 19th December that they will have these delivered prior to Christmas. 14.01.2022 Attention Customers Regarding some orders that have been despatched over the last 1-4 weeks. Some customers may be noticing that their tracking numbers we have sent out to you are not scanning.... Once a label is generated it is despatched on that same day. Some customers have contacted us and said the tracking number is either pending or being prepared and had no scans whatsoever that the order has been received by Australia Post. We are currently working through each order that has been despatched in the last 4 weeks and following up on each one that has not received scans with Australia Post. Most of these are now being treated as lost! Please be rest assured that if your order is showing no scans that we are onto it and investigating your order. If it is deemed to be lost we will resend these orders out again at no cost to you as soon as we have conformation from Australia Post. We appreciate this is causing some problems and would ask for your understanding and paitence while we get this sorted.
