10.01.2022 Grass and Scrub Fire Safe CALL-OUT @ 1432hrs Charlton Tanker responded to a Grass and Scrub fire at Nareewillock, with assistance from Teddywaddy, Buckrabanyule and Wycheproof Tankers.... Crews worked quickly to stop the fire which spread to a stack of straw bales. Fire is safe and contained, and not deemed suspicious. The stack will be monitored to burn out, smoke will be visable for some time. Please drive cautiously if driving in the area. Always check the vic emergency app to monitor ongoing conditions and always call 000 in an emergency.
