25.01.2022 Piriformis stretch, this can help alleviate sciatic pain and hip/buttock pain. Sitting for long periods, running, walking and climbing stairs can contribute to a tight Piriformis muscle.

25.01.2022 Finally got the new table delivered

24.01.2022 Waiting room ready freshly painted, will be reopening very soon!

24.01.2022 Hi everyone, Due to the extended stage 4 lockdown I will remain closed until restrictions ease. Please keep up your exercise and stretching this will help keep your muscles healthy, sitting for long periods will contribute to back pain so keep moving . See you all soon

23.01.2022 When restrictions ease I will reopen, in the meantime you can contact me with any issues and I will give you the best advice on how to treat your muscular problems yourself. See you all soon

20.01.2022 I’m happy to announce I opened for business this week! and it was amazing to see all my clients who booked in, thanks for your patience while I was closed and it was humbling to hear that you all missed having treatments with me

20.01.2022 Been doing a bit of renovating, new vinyl floors! (Thanks to my son) Fresh paint! All good for when I reopen

20.01.2022 This is a great pectoral stretch! Helps to ease tension and pain through the upper back and shoulders. When pectoral muscles are tight it pulls your posture forward increasing pain and tension through the upper shoulders and back.

20.01.2022 Remedial massage new client offer $70 for one hour, for a limited time. Health insurance rebates may apply

20.01.2022 Hi everyone, this is a fantastic stretch, I’ve shared this one in the past. Have a go at it and you will notice a change

19.01.2022 Reopen from today, so exciting

17.01.2022 Hi everyone, I hope you are all staying well hydrated during this heat. Drink plenty of water because dehydrated muscles lead to muscular pain, headaches and general irritability

17.01.2022 Sorry I haven’t posted any helpful stretches for a while, I’ve been busy getting my practice ready for reopening. If you have hip and back pain while sleeping I’ve got a good tip that I will share soon!

17.01.2022 Hi all, As you know I made the decision to close my business 2 weeks ago, the government have not shut me down (Remedial therapists can still practice) I made the decision based on the amount of contact needed in my consultations and to discourage the movement of people in my community. I’m still here to help you! If you need advice about any muscular issues you may be experiencing please message me and I’ll do my best to help you eg: stretches and other helpful tips within my scope of practice. Stay safe and stay tuned for my next stretching video post

16.01.2022 My practice will remain open during lockdown, remedial massage is considered essential health care. I will continue restricting the number of clients per day. Stay safe everyone!

15.01.2022 Charmaigne’s remedial massage Bundoora, 20 years industry experience, health insurance rebates may apply

15.01.2022 Weak abdominals and Glutes contribute to tight hip flexors and back. Coming up next I’ll show a great hip flexor stretch. Pilates or any other core/stabilising muscle exercise can help strengthen abdominals and Glutes

10.01.2022 Under the new restrictions as of yesterday throughout stage 4, Remedial massage therapists are only to treat clients with care plans through ndis, worksafe, tac and dva. I’ve made the decision to close my business throughout the stage 4 and will re open as soon as possible, I absolutely respect the governments decision and apologies to my clients who got their dr referrals as that was the information given on Wednesday. Take care and see you all soon

09.01.2022 I’m having a short break, back January 11th.

08.01.2022 Stretch for your hip flexors, help alleviate lower back and hip pain!

08.01.2022 This stretch is similar to my previous post stretch for Piriformis, this one is easier because you can do it on a chair

06.01.2022 An update to all my clients, my business is remaining open through stage 4 restrictions, Remedial massage is considered an essential healthcare treatment and you are not restricted to the 5km limited travel to see me as it’s considered healthcare

06.01.2022 Hi all, What a beautiful day in Melbourne today! A great day to go for a walk! Remember to keep your body moving, too much sitting can aggravate muscles in the lower back and hips

03.01.2022 Hi all, As of Thursday 23rd July all of my clients are required to wear face masks or coverings when having treatment in my clinic, as most of you know I’ve been wearing a mask throughout this pandemic when treating clients. You are exempt from wearing a mask if you have asthma or other breathing conditions, serious facial skin condition, disability or mental health condition, children under 12 years

03.01.2022 If all goes to plan on Monday 19th October I will open up again. Hope you are all doing ok and I can’t wait to reopen

02.01.2022 An update on stage 4 restrictions, all clients need a GP’s referral before they can see me through the stage 4 restriction period

02.01.2022 It’s good to be back working, fully booked again this week, I have availability next week if you need a remedial massage

01.01.2022 I’m only taking a small number of bookings per day with 30min breaks in between for cleaning purposes. The safety of myself and others is number one always!!
