24.01.2022 How lucky were we to partner with Rachael's Seafood Shack to treat some Donghai Airline VIP’s to a real Darwin experience this week - sensational local and Australian seafood combined with a sand between the toes sandbar experience. Thank you Rachael, and thank you Tourism NT!

02.01.2022 FISH FROM ALDI MADE IN CHINA FROM IMPORTED AND LOCAL INGREDIENTS JUST A REMINDER The seafood imported into Australia uses water that contains raw sewage.... The prawns and fish therefore need to be chock-a-block with antibiotics. A lot of seafood imported from Asia was grown in aquaculture environments such as ponds, and their quality depended on clean water that was sometimes not available, while rigorous standards applied to Australian exports were not applied to imports. It’s one set of rules for our poor exporters going out; and another rule entirely for importers that compete against them coming in.
