This goes towards your appointment. 48 notice is need to cancel or reshedual less than 48 hours will result in a late notice fee and require another booking fee.

10.01.2022 One thing I definitely will not will tollerate or put up with is people speaking towards me in a rude manner or being aggressive towards me weather that may be in a text, in the salon or over the phone. You will be blacklisted from my salon. I'm going above and beyond trying to accommodate everyone especially coming to Christmas and then just for you to cancel your appointment, only 3 hours or even one hour before your appointment is not acceptabl...e. Just to waste my time. I require 48 notice , I understand things come up, but you need to respectful my business and policies. It's goes both ways. I am doing my best to try and book you an appointment and fit you.
