16.01.2022 Rarely has the question of where, why and how people will live, work and play been so important, as the impact of COVID-19 begins to transform the demand and supply equation across the Australian property market. As the development industry seeks to navigate its way through an unprecedented level of uncertainty, one certainty arising from the pandemic is the extent to which the very significant reduction in net overseas migration will impact the number of dwellings required. ...However, as these major demographic shifts take hold, demand will be driven by vast numbers of existing resident Millennial's who are moving into the family formation stage at an unprecedented rate. 15.01.2022 It’s been a long road since we all commenced the working from home journey in March this year. Throughout this time maintaining connectivity and togetherness has been a constant goal for Charter that has been maintained through many online staff initiatives such as internal webinars, National EOFY Q&A sessions, a virtual Amazing Race hosted by Urban Quest, themed Charter lunches and coffee catch ups (just to name a few!). At Charter, we have done and will continue to do what is safest for everyone. The QLD and NSW offices are enjoying their slow trickle back to the office this month, and we hold strong in Victoria knowing our time is on the horizon. #stayconnected #staystrong #charterkeckcramer
