23.01.2022 What a wonderful turn out at The Bunkers tonight. Just over 50 people chatting and networking, with social distancing the order of the day. Look forward to seeing everyone at the next meeting, October 8 at 6 pm Dalrymple Trade Centre. (To be confirmed) Thank you to Peppers Cafe & Catering for the fabulous finger food, it was delicious.

23.01.2022 Dominique Everard's passion for our community, saw her give seven years plus to the Executive Committee as the Secretary. As she moves to a quiter space within the Chamber, we are forever grateful for the effort and time she gave to our town. We know this will not stop just because she no longer holds office, but a well deserved break from the daily grind of emails. Thank you Dominique for your time, passion and enthusiasm. And we will see you at the next meeting. October 8.

23.01.2022 Meet the new Committee. The President is Tarja Barnes I have been a member for a year in October... I became involved to be able to give back to my community "I started a new business in town in October last year & have always loved our little town. I joined the chamber of commerce in hopes to network with other local businesses as it takes more than just me to run a real estate. I wanted to be part of a business group of like-minded people who truly have Charters Towers’ best interest at heart in making sure it thrives & prospers for years to come & I’m happy to give back to the community where I can." Tarja can be found at her new office in Mosman Street at Gold City Reality.
