24.01.2022 WELCOME TO THE CREW LIZ A massive welcome to this lovely lady.. Many of you will already have had lessons with Liz now! We are so grateful to have you apart of our team!... We are still doing lessons until otherwise advised! Please be curtious if you aren't feeling well. We will get through this pandemic and be bigger and stronger than ever on the other side!

23.01.2022 Its getting closer to the day this little lady is going to have her little mate parked back up beside her!! The Red Broomer (Manual Car) is almost finished at the car doctors and is nearlly ready to be back on the road! We will keep you updated on when she is home.. ... In the mean time I am making sure that we are legally able to begin back lessons and hopefully will be able to resume helping some of you get those hours up a little quicker and ready for when testing begins again . Hoping everyone is going okay of you are in isolaton and you are looking after your parents if you are homeschooling! Talk soon! Zoe

20.01.2022 Just a quick update moving forward: I just want to thank each and every person that is waiting for lessons and their patience at this time! We are still waiting for finalisation for Lizzy to be able to start instructing.... She is super keen to get things rolling. We are both so grateful for your understanding at this time.

20.01.2022 Well Well Well... It's the end of the week and I promised some exciting news!!! We all got more than we bargained for!!! TESTING IS OPEN as of Monday! ... For anyone who had their test booked on or before the 9th of April, everyone else will be able to book their test on the 22nd of June Super exciting!! MY EXCITING NEWS THOUGH, With the overwhelming response of messages, facebook messages and phone calls I just cant keep up on my own!! I am so appreciative of your support and patience. But something had to change for me to keep up! SO, We are very SOON, going LIVE and you will be able to book your lessons ONLINE!!!!! How freaking cool is that!! Please keep an eye out for when this is happening- I will be contacting students that are already booked in for the information that I need from them to book them in to the new program. 17.01.2022 Im sure there a many of you waiting to hear the news of our new memeber to our team He was quite happy be where he was! Few days overcooked. On the 4th of March 2020,... We welcomed our little man "Cooper William Cameron" into the world at 4:02pm. 8lb7oz 50cm He is the light in our eyes and we are home and getting quite settled into a routine. We thank everyone for their patience as I get through the waiting list.. You will see that the cars are still motoring around town.... there is another special person that needs to also be welcomed to the CTDS Clan! TBC...

16.01.2022 Charters Towers Driving School would like to give a MASSIVE shout out to All Souls St Gabriels School and Advanced Driver Training for giving us the opportunity to be apart of the amazing Safe Driver Program! So much fun was had by all that were involved!! I can't wait for next year already! Such a great initiative that was strung together in 2011- It was incredible to see how far the program has come being a student myself of the first group to get to go through this progam... as a new driver and again 9 years down the track as a trainer! Keep an eye out for more action photos to come! :) Congratulations to all involved I had a ball and from the laughs and excitement there can only be positive outcomes! Thanks again Colin, Silvia and Team for a Great Day!

04.01.2022 It comes from heavy hearts but our turn was bound to come! As of Saturday the 28th the Department of Transport will no longer be doing testing. This means that we are also unable to continue business as usual. For the safety of our community and instructors as we are physically unable to social distance, we have made the decision to hang the keys up and have a Corona to avoid COVID! When it passes.. and it will!!... All lessons that have been paid for will be honoured. In the coming days we will be in contact with all that have packs outstanding to discuss what action you would like to take.
