25.01.2022 What a busy Saturday it was for us at Chatchai’s construction. Our clients needed a safe and accessible set of stairs to get too and from their retained back section of their backyard, we are happy to have been apart of creating something safer for our clients yet visually appealing.

24.01.2022 Another recent New Years job we happily took on for our previous clients. A nice simple 1.2m colonial picket fence with a wide custom made hardwood pedestrian gate.

24.01.2022 Another great day working on this hardwood fence. Hardwood is a great material but a bit of a pain to ensure all the palings are straight. Will be posting photos of the finished job soon

16.01.2022 What an exiting couple weeks it’s been for us. We’ve just completed a sturdy timber fence both side and front section of this property, we also added an enclosed bin area for our clients giving their property a huge face lift. On behalf of Chatchai’s construction we thank our clients very much for allowing us to take on this amazing project and the lovely hospitality they gave us. 16.01.2022 Once again we took on another awesome little project that turned out great. We removed a section out of the existing fence and replaced it with a new gate, built to last. Our aim in every job is to complete to a high standard.

15.01.2022 Here’s a little blast from the past, An awesome little job our duo Bart and Renee took on last year. A new set of free flow stairs and infills beneath a newly extended outdoor area. Once again what a transformation it has made to the property and we walked away heads high knowing we left with smiles on our clients faces.

14.01.2022 We had an amazing week Northside in Nundah demolishing and rebuilding a 38m lapped & capped fence with a single row of sleepers acting as a retainer. This was an exciting job for us as we had some extra hands on board helping us for the week. The clients were amazing to work with which is always a bonus, but most importantly they were extremely happy with the end product which is always our mission. We are now onto our next fence so keep posted for the result of that! ... Have a good week everyone.

13.01.2022 How’s this for transformation, Another fence completed and another satisfied customer. The weather wasn’t really on our side for this job, but that didn’t stop us from doing what we do best and that’s producing great quality products. 13.01.2022 Team work makes the dream work We now have an extra team member to help out with some jobs. This was a great job to work on and the clients were great to work with. ... We always feel so blessed to help people bring their home dreams into reality, whether that be fence building, installing stairs or interior renovations, although we do all kinds of construction work. 12.01.2022 Last week we tackled a 17m lapped and capped pool fence with a double sleeper plinth for a previous client we worked with a few months ago. Again they were super happy with the results and we had fun with it too, what a face lift to the back yard and we are super happy to know our clients are too

12.01.2022 Again we were fortunate enough to take on a re-fence project, demolishing an existing chain link fence and replacing it with a 1.5 standard treated pine butt paling fence on top of a single row of sleepers along the base. There was great communication between our clients and our worker, not only do we produce high quality products, but we will point out problems that may lead to bigger problems later in the future and suggest alternative methods to either fix those problems or reduce the risk of them problems getting any bigger.

11.01.2022 What a great start to the new year. Today we constructed a Merbau gate, perfectly matching into the existing privacy screen. Another satisfied client, we ensure to leave all jobs with positive feedback and nothing but great reviews with the products we produce.

07.01.2022 What a week it’s been for us at Chatchai’s Construction. This amazing lapped and capped project was a really exiting job for us. We were tackled with all sorts of elements, wind, rain and shine. This however didn’t stop us from creating something special for some truly amazing clients. 06.01.2022 Here’s another look of what we got up to last week. The existing retaining wall was ready to give out, so we cleared everything back and put in a new precast concrete sleeper system with adequate drainage behind it. What a huge difference it’s made already both visually and beneficially for our clients back yard.

05.01.2022 Hey, we hope everyone is enjoying their week so far! Although we are still taking on carpentry jobs, it's been a while since we've been out and about building fences. We have however been busy working on some other projects! Our newest baby is Nau Mai Bâan - we have been working on authentic handmade furniture ranging from outdoor seating, to swing seats, to a fort bed with a slide! ... 04.01.2022 Another job done and dusted, We have just completed an enclosed Merbau timber slat feature. Our clients asked for something visually appealing to go around their wash area. We discussed types of materials best suited to tie into the existing area, yet still be able to efficiently have access to their appliances. Great communication from both our clients and our workers allowed the job to run smoothly and most importantly produce a great quality product.
