04.01.2022 Hi everyone, As many of you already know, our family have recently had our lives turned upside down. Our daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumour in early September and is currently receiving treatment in Brisbane. We've been here ever since, and still have a very long road in front of us. Turning Chattin into something that reflected our own vision had been a long term dream of ours, now however, our biggest dream is to one day be able to take our daughter home.... The past few months has shown us that unfortunately, we can no longer juggle both these things and as much as it pains us, we have decided to Close Chattin after tomorrow's trade. Megan and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported Chattin, as well as us personally, you're an amazing community! We would also like so especially thank our staff, you've all done an amazing job keeping the place going in our absence and have been unbelievably understanding the whole way through this ordeal. Anyone who has ongoing catering with us, we'll be in touch shortly. We had intended to make all this public much sooner, and had also intended to contact you all prior to now, but had unexpected issues here that required our full attention. Thank you all Tim & Megan Ps. Thank you to the Observer for denying us the opportunity contact people privately and deal with this in our own time, even after I informed you when you called that our daughter was in hospital, and that had my full attention right now.
