22.01.2022 Our end of year dinner tonight at the Golf Club. Lovely buffet and the kids had a blast dancing and playing golf. I've had many end of years, and I used to enjoy the ego massage of having people around me who thought highly of me, but tonight it struck me that after all this time I'm finally surrounded by a group of people of whom I think very highly. We have an awesome crew, and I'm really looking forward to 2016. Bring it on, Baby.

21.01.2022 Important read, gentlemen. http://www.artofmanliness.com//the-7-key-mindset-changes-/

13.01.2022 Our last training night for 2015 last night, when our yellow belts performed Grading assessments. Dale did a mighty job, showing great improvement and mad skills with the staff. Michael is overcoming years of trained memories from a different style, which is a task not to be underestimated, and yet he is doing it with dedication and style. Jason has taken to Taekwondo like a duck to water, and his performance, passion and capability were well displayed. Both will be well... deserving of their new Blue Belt for next year. Dale has decided on a green strip for her belt, to signify her hard work at home with Dad, and on Thursdays at the Club. With regular Students, Rick and David can streamline our Gradings. It's always a process of growth and learning. David has signaled a return to fight training for the first 8 weeks of 2016. The boys nodded enthusiastically, not sure if they really know what that means, but we'll see how enthusiastic they feel after the first night. 2016 will be an even more awesome year, that's for sure, Tonight, our Christmas Party, and the Golf Club where our 3rd Dan Bo, Jess, is cooking up a storm. 07.01.2022 I'm putting in an order for protective gear. I would recommend shin/instep guards, forearm guards, chest and head guard. Probably looking at between $120 and $150 for the complete set. Please let me know if you're wanting to order either the complete set, or just some.

04.01.2022 Good morning, Team. Not much on my body not hurting this morning.
