20.01.2022 Whilst I sell great products at the clinic.. DIY Research led me to try out this insanely simple homemade lip exfoliator. It works like a bomb.. Check out my lips before and after!! It's messy though ...so best resort to the shower. Bonus as that cuts down on time. I used organic used coffee grounds (has to be coffee grounds) and mixed in a small amount of cold pressed olive oil, to create a paste ( see pic) ... Nutrition Espresso grounds contain a higher amount of suspended solids. These solids have stores of magnesium, the B vitamins, niacin and riboflavin all great for invigorating and conditioning the skin.
