25.01.2022 A 1 hr workout is only 4% of your day, and a 30min workout only 2%... we often use the excuse that we don't have enough time to exercise, but the truth is usually usually that we don't use our time efficiently, we procrastinate, or we lake intensity in our workouts, so here's a way to help battle that, use an interval timer and do a Hiit Workout... start of with just a 15 min workout (Best time is in the morning before our body and mind work out that we are working out he hee...e) and build to a 30 min workout over the next 4wks ... great results and it encourages us to actually use that time to the max - no goofing! so here's a link to a FREE and great interval timer... https://itunes.apple.com//interval-timer-timi/id406473568 I'd suggest starting at 30:10 secs work to rest ratio, and then build you work cycle up over time, ie 30:10 -> 40:10 -> 50:10 or similiar.
