15.01.2022 NO GRAND PRIX? NO PROBLEM.. especially with our SMOKED WAGYU BRISKET on the menu ~We make this beauty with a prime cut of that comes from the chest of the cow. 8 marble score. 2GR full blood wagyu beef. With such a cut like this, we can only treat it right by smoking it on site for 16 hours covered in our house rub. Yup sixteen hours. Served with house made bread and butter pickles, bones marrow and lathered with meat sauce. ~ We are so proud of this dish that’s a signatu...re of our brother restaurant @dexter_melbourne. It’s large, fatty, smoky and top shelf meaty goodness. Can be eaten with just a forkand ofcoarse with our tasty pickles! ~ ~ Another great snap by @millyivanov

01.01.2022 PLUM BEEF TARTARE with PICKLE, COS & WONTON ~ A play on a traditional Korean raw beef dish that we make with great care and the finest @oconnorbeef strip loin cut roughly before complimenting it with soy, wild plum, a touch of sesame and nashi pear. Served with pine nuts, cos lettuce and crispy wonton, it’s perfectly balanced. A wonderful starter. We’re sure you’ll agree! ~ See you tonight! ~ ~ Snap by @dengon_net
