25.01.2022 Were getting ready for a week of Halloween celebrations next week here at Cheeky Cherubs! The children helped make some jelly and we hid some creepy crawlies in our dinosaur moulds, and we coloured some rice...all ready for sensory play next week! Weve got pumpkins to paint, stencils to colour in and some pretty cool decorations to suit! Have a great weekend!!

24.01.2022 We had some gooey, sticky and messy sensory fun this morning...we made some slime! Adding the scatters introduces another sensory aspects for the children as they can search for colours and shapes, as well as adding another texture between their fingers. Mr A wasnt a fan of the slime this morning but Mr T sure had fun!!

This year, Ive registered my Family Daycare into the MS Read-A-Thon, and each child has their own little fundraising target Our aim is to read as many books as we can over the month of August- more than what we normally would anyways! Any donations would be greatly appreciated and go to an awesome cause, and can be done via the below link. You can chose to donate a one-off amount, or per book, whichever you would like! 21.01.2022 This week at Cheeky Cherubs, we started our Christmas celebrations with lots of different activities. We started the week with making some choc-chip cinnamon cookies that were really yummy, and made some cinnamon play dough! We had balloon play, building block towers (with lots of squeals as they fell over) and lots of musical instruments! We bought out our new stamp collection and did some stamp art too! These all help to build the childrens fine and gross motor skills as well as strengthening their social and turn-taking skills as they share the equipment and toys with their friends
