23.01.2022 *PLEASE READ* Dear Cheeky Dogs Crew, Please note we will be CLOSED from Saturday the 4th of July- Monday 13th of July inclusive. ... We will reopen and resume usual trading hours from Tuesday the 14th July however as I will be having knee surgery next week I will be having some extended time off. The girls will be running the salon and daycare in my absence. Currently I do not have a return to work date as I intend on returning as soon as I am able so the girls will keep you in the loop with my recovery and return. 07.01.2022 COVID-19 update Hello to all our beautiful customers, Currently Cheeky Dog Salon is business as usual however we are taking precautions to keep things running during this difficult time. ... As most of you know we book out in advance, so we are hoping to be able to avoid a full business closure as it will be difficult for us to reschedule however our teams health is our utmost priority. We have chosen to limit access to the salon- so please do not be offended that we will now be asking you to pass your doggies through the screen door and explain what service they would like reasonably quickly from the outside. If you do not wish to ring the door bell, feel free to give us a text msg or phone call and we will come and collect your pup from your car for you. You can even instruct your grooming service via phone if youd prefer. If you are feeling unwell OR you have travelled overseas in the last 14 days/been in contact with someone that has PLEASE reschedule or arrange someone to bring your doggy in for you. We have had 19 dogs this week so far not turn up for grooming, we are very understanding and do not want to charge no show fees however would greatly appreciate if you could notify us in advance if you can not make your appointment so we can attempt to fill your booking with our waiting list as we still have staff on premises that are here to work.
