25.01.2022 The sun is shining and the countdown to getting back to the gym is on.... 15 days. Today we celebrate ‘17 Blitz Eclipse. A legacy team for CND, Blitz Eclipse started in 2017 and is currently our CoEd Open Level 2 team. 24.01.2022 A huge Happy Birthday to our Gym Owner, Director of Coaching and all round wonder women, Kim for today. Thanks so much to Kim for all the work that she does for our club, gym and sport in Bendigo and throughout regional Victoria, as well as supporting our athletes, members and coaches year after year. Today we celebrate all those Bendigo and Central Victorian businesses that are able to re-open tomorrow under the latest easing of restrictions within Regional Victoria. Unfortunately, Cheer N Dance Bendigo and the fitness, dance and indoor recreational sport sector is continued to be closed. Today we are asking our athletes, me...mbers, followers and the Bendigo community to get around those businesses that have been closed and, like us, extremely affected by the pandemic caused restrictions, and support their business and staff. Buy a coffee or a meal, something new to wear on the weekend, a new set of runners to help enjoy the sunshine or maybe a voucher that can be redeemed within 2021.
