Oh yes, morsels of firm coffee jelly hide within this beast. And, it is also out first cake made with Agar Agar! Meaning we can now offer cheesecakes to strict vegetarians and those that observe Halal. Happy new year!

Turkish Delight Meringue Cheesecake with chocolate drizzle and rose petals atop the veritable mound of rose flavoured pavlova quality meringue... stiff on the outside, fluffy in the middle. Not bad for my second ever meringue!
