25.01.2022 Cheezus Cheeze is suddenly even more accessible. We are now stocking in Hills Fresh, 7110 Great Eastern Highway Mundaring (to the left of our one service station). So if you're in the hills, or coming up here to volunteer at Happy Hooves Farm Sanctuary or Possum Valley Animal Sanctuary you now have quick easy access to your Cheezus Cheeze fix. .

We are doing a Cheezus delivery to the northern suburbs, meeting at Harvest Health (1/80 Grand Boulevard, Joondalup), between 9am and 10am on Saturday 19th December.... If you've been hanging out for Cheezus, please call 9295 1963, or message us through our fb page to place your order before Friday 18th December (we will only be taking direct deposit orders until Wednesday 16th, after that it's cash on the day). You can then pick up your order from us at Harvest Health, as above. We will be wearing white Cheezus Cheeze shirts so you can find us. And you can try out the delicious food at Harvest Health's Cafe while you are there! 20.01.2022 In case you missed this recipe because it was originally posted as a comment - it really is worth bringing to your attention. It is delicious (especially using besan flour). Just remember to slather with Cheezus Cheeze! Of course! EGGLESS OMELET from Vegan Vittles by Jo Stepaniak (adapted from) I use besan (chick pea flour) instead of wheat flour, and black salt.... Ingredients: cup whole wheat or unbleached flour (or a combo) 2 Tblspn nutritional yeast 1 tsp baking powder tspn salt 1/8 tspn turmeric 1 cup soy or rice milk tspn veg oil Cheezus Cheeze, Original or Smokey Method: Place dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour in milk and oil and whisk well to a smooth batter, then let sit while you prep your filling. Filling: Whatever you like! For the above omelette, I sautéed two finely sliced brown mushrooms in olive oil and kept them warm in the oven. Separately, I sautéed onions, garlic and red capsicum till they started to brown, then added approx cup each of grated cauliflower and finely chopped broccoli. After about a minute, I added 2 chopped fresh truss tomatoes and cup of (small) cubed zucchini and 1/3 cup of corn kernels. I seasoned with black salt to taste. Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add a small amount of olive oil (or even better, heat a chefs pan my new favourite piece of kitchen equipment). Whisk the omelette batter again, then pour a ladleful into the pan to form 15-20cm round. Once the top is dry and the bottom golden brown, flip it and cook for another minute or two avoid drying it out. Slide onto a plate and keep warm under a cover in a low oven until ready to plate up. The above amounts are enough for three omelettes. Plating up: Place omelette flat on plate with prettiest side down. Spread generously with Cheezus Cheeze, add the mushrooms to one half of the omelette, and then top with the sautéed mixture. Flip the empty side of the omelette over the filling. Serve and enjoy!

It's made with Smokey Cheezus and other delicious stuff like raw beetroot and caramelized onion. Get it toasted! Or, if you are in Cott at breakfast time, you can also try their whole (I said WHOLE!) Avocado on Organic Toast with Smokey Cheezus and Sesame Seeds (see menu below). BTW, that's a vegan burger, of course.

Therefore we'd like to give our Southern Cheezus Freaks much happiness by bringing their pre-ordered Cheezus to FERN beforehand.
