25.01.2022 Pork and prawn Gyoza. 500g pork mince 250g prawn meat chopped 2 sprigs of spring onion thinly sliced... 1 thumb of ginger grated 3 medium to large cloves garlic grated 2 tablespoons of so sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon mirin 1 tablespoon corn flour or rice flour Salt and pepper to taste Method: Combine all ingredients well. Once mixed thoroughly cook a tiny bit in a pan to see if it is seasoned well. Adjust seasoning if needed. Use a teaspoon of the mix to fill the Gyoza skin, you can buy these in most Asian grocers
