10.01.2022 We have decided to have a bit of a rebrand to tell more of a story of our journey to farming. Todd has been a chef 19 years this year, has always and still is so passionate about food. This has led us to the farm and producing tasty, local produce for our cafe @lvsonclarence. Since starting the farm we have also learnt and believe in pasture based regenerative agricultural and respect of both animal and land. We want to see the native grasses come back, bu using the natural p...rocess from our animals to regenerate the land.
