04.01.2022 Made a absolutely mouth watering Nasi Kerabu also known as Herb Rice. It has many components ....to complete it as a dish. Since Im leaving far away from my homeland, I have decided to have a twist in my Nasi Kerabu and also a introduction to my Aussie family. Here a full description of the dish. The rice was cooked with Blue pea flower ( bunga telang ), Lemon grass, Kaffir lime leaves and splash of Coconut oil. Since I can't find Snake Beans ( kacang panjang) it was replaced with Sugar Snaps. Beans Sprout were mixed with fried Coconut flaxes, fried Hoki, sliced Vietnamese mint (daun kesum),Kaffir leaves and Turmeric leaves. Cooked Red Chicken Sauce (Ayam masak merah )and the famous prawn crackers. #foodblogger #foodlover #foodie #Namaste
