01.01.2022 A new food truck park has opened in Collingwood! The Gipps Collingwood is now open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Great location. Great line-up of food trucks and Prosecco and Spritz Bar Van Di Vino. We really enjoyed opening night and will be back this weekend Saturday 28th November, 12pm - 10pm.
