19.01.2022 Lovely email received this week, our largest wedding at Montrose Berry Farm... Hi Kelly, We would like to say another HUGE thank you to you and your team for Saturday night. We had the best day and night, and your beautiful food and professionalism enabled us to relax and enjoy.... The canaps were divine and the lamb so tender!! Thank you also for guiding us through the process so well, always responding super quickly and answering all of our questions. Wishing you and your team all the best! xx

19.01.2022 Cocktail lunch party in Burradoo...dessert platters were a big hit. Vanilla bean and Buttermilk Panacotta with Raspberry Jelly. Orange and Almond Torte with Citrus Cream Cheese. Sticky Date and Butterscotch Brulee Tartlet White Chocolate and Baileys Mousse with Honeycomb.



18.01.2022 First wedding of 2019 at Montrose Berry Farm. It was hot but ice cold drinks served on the lawn were greatly enjoyed. So were the Super Doopers!! A black out was quickly fixed with Montrose generator. Wedding cake was layered White Chocolate Mud and Caramel Mud with Vanilla Bean Cream and Berries.

17.01.2022 Our third Pop-up restaurant last night. Mediterranean influenced menu. Patatas Braves with Albondigas Lamb Shoulder souvlaki with Greek salad and Tatziki Fritto Misto with chilli aioli Crispy Brie Raviolo with truffle mascarpone... Next one will be South American menu.

Its so hard having planned your wedding for months and sometimes years for it to have to be cancelled on your chosen date. Thank you to all our upcoming weddings for making this crisis a manageable one in rebooking all your weddings for another date. 12.01.2022 Last nights Cheese Tower Wedding Cake, we love making these :) always so much cheese left over for the Bride and Groom to enjoy for days to come......Burrawang School of Arts was beautifully decorated with the most amazing floral display done by the Grooms brother...beautiful.

01.01.2022 We are almost there, for the past 2 weeks we have cooked and served 1300 meals, just have lunch today to finish this marathon. We have mastered meals for a large list of dietaries all in one sitting including: Gluten Free Dairy Free Vegetarian Nut Free... Capsicum Free Seafood Free We then also had one guest with Dairy Free, Grain Free, Gluten Free, Egg Free, Legume Free. Has been a great experience developing new recipes, specially of the sweet variety. See more
