12.01.2022 Thanks to all the support. Today we have sold out of Lamb Shanks, and Fettuccine and only have a few portions of agnolotti left. Shall be hard at work preparing some exciting new meals in the coming days to serve you again soon!

11.01.2022 Check This Space! Whilst in town during the Lockdown period I want to share with you guys some great tasting, well priced meals to have at home with the family. I'll be cooking some of my favourite dishes from Italy, France and even some quality Australian favourites. It's a stressful time right now for many people so if we can all help each other through this and have a positive outcome then we can only be stronger moving forward!... 05.01.2022 An absolutely beautiful example of the world class quality seafood that the Camden Haven has to offer. When I was cooking in Singapore we would pay premium price for Blue Eye Trevalla because it is hands down one of the best eating fish the sea has to offer. Whilst I'm in town doing this little project I hope to showcase what amazing local produce is here and how important it is we embrace local to help our economy and not others.... All of the meats and seafood I will be using will come from the Laurieton Co-op and T-Bones meats. If you enjoy the food I make from their products I hope you support local just as I am doing ... Our new menu items will be rolling out tonight and over the weekend. Have a good day ahead guys
