16.01.2022 Mental Health is part of the scheme and we’ve been observing some effects of Adaptive Cooking Classes in their lives. This fella can be tough looking but during the cooking class , he looked tamed and focussed on getting things done properly. The activity could be a good re direction to things happening around his mind.
