16.01.2022 It was bloody great delivering ChekMate’s Mental Health Mates Training to several staff @ Dragon Alliance... some of which was delivered on a half pipe - mental health training meets extreme sports. Another 20 people with greater confidence to check on their own mental health and the mental health of those in their network - at home, work, play. Cheers for the positive feedback Mark Hudson (director Dragon Alliance) All of our staff referenced how positive and beneficial the session was, in particular learning how to identify mental health issues in others and then learning practical skills to help friends, colleagues, family etc. who might be experiencing a mental health challenge.
