Going back 5 years ago when she first started her small raw treat business, only supplying to three cafes in the south east of Melbourne and working out of a tiny kitchen in her dad’s factory. Chelle always dreamed of owning her very own Vegan Cafe one day, in the hopes to teach people of living a healthy plant based life style. Fast track to today and Chelle has created an amazing thriving cafe,... where people come from all over Melbourne to try it. Her wholesale business has expanded to supplying over 30 different cafes in Melbourne and now interstate aswell! .
