23.01.2022 Today Lara, all the family with 91 year Grandma says Thankyou to the wonderful Doctors and Nurses from Memorial Hospital, North Adelaide and RAH that have support her to recover. Now, we are on our way home to Tumby Bay by plane.

Borrow and wear siblings shoes because they have hardly been used Shoes tread is flat and half missing on toes area and heel area at back of shoe is collapsed fallen away Too small a shoe - this causes pain in muscles and bones in toes, nail damage, joint damage, leg muscle strand & walking funny Too BIG shoe - spraining your ankle, jarring knee and leg pain for trying to hold your shoes on, lower back and hip aches. Losing weight shoes too loose, pain in arch of feet and toes prevent you, and can’t walk without pain, trying to hold your shoes on become strained & painful. Check the cupboard for shoes you wear the most, you know are your favorite shoes because if they are worn out, heel of foot is hanging over the back or to the inside or outside heel is flat or no cushion left in the bottom like a old pair of thongs then one part of new shoes and wearing old worn shoes, continues arching and pain to come worse not better. if you hear yourself say they be alright, they be fine. 08.01.2022 Lara is in the Flinders Rangers. This is day 3 of 4 hiking trip and she will defiantly need a massage after this climb/hike/scramble, lots of legs, toes, arms and hips. She’s smiling but she’s also not quite half way up.
