25.01.2022 Well done Melbourne super proud of each and every one of you!!! With restrictions finally easing and more movement happening in our communities, we still need to be vigilant and keep the health of our children & educators in the forefront of our daily management at our Centre. We are wanting to remind parents and care givers that if your child has cold and flu like symptoms, home is the best place for them to be.... We WILL NOT accept any child with a RUNNY NOSE or COUGH If a child appears to be unwell during the day, we will ask you to come and pick them up We are still temperature checking on arrival and masks are mandatory at pick up and drop off dont forget to social distance Take Care

25.01.2022 Guess what ....... 2021 BOOKINGS are NOW OPEN for existing families We are a tad excited to let you all know we have opened up the 2021 calendar for Full day & 1/2 day sessions... ... We do have a few of our children turning 3 which will open up spaces for younger siblings under 3, but these spaces are limited. At this stage we are only accepting bookings from existing families to gauge our numbers before we can open up to new families in the community Please contact us if you have any queries... Take care. Be kind.

24.01.2022 Thank you families for making us feel special

22.01.2022 Some useful resources to help entertain the little ones during this period.

19.01.2022 Welcome back families of O.C!!!! It's great to see so many familiar faces back today & look forward to seeing many more return soon We've been super busy over the holidays giving the Centre a fresh new look, oragnizing, sorting old and new toys and building a pile for the the skip bin arriving tomorrow.... * Please take extra care walking around bin as it will be near our entrance into the centre. A big thank you to Lauren and her family for all the hard work they've been putting and organizing everything, also a shout out to Neisha for helping us out too, you are legends Here are some pic's of what's been going on we're all very excited to have created such an inviting, calm and nuturing environment to help grow some amazing little humans! We will be posting more info here tomorrow in regards to masks and keeping everybody safe. Take care, keep safe

19.01.2022 Just a reminder.... With our restrictions in Victoria forever changing due to COVID-19, we are asking parents to please wear a MASK when indoors, this includes the Foyer & main room. It not only helps protect you, but also other parents, grandparents and educators also keep safe.... Please do not be offended if we ask you to put one on. * You will be required to wear a Mask if you are in the Foyer or enter the room with permission (No masks required outside) * Temperature checks will still be required and need to be 37.5 or under * SIGN in & out your child when dropping off and picking up on the Ipad this is a legal requirement & ensure's you are correctly being charged for your sessions attended * Hand sanitizer will still be available Take care & Keep Safe

19.01.2022 Good afternoon! Just a friendly reminder from now on that hats and sunscreen are to be worn at all times when outdoors, even when it’s cloudy due to the high UV index. Hats MUST be wide brimmed, please no caps as they don’t offer enough protection ... Clothing MUST be covering the shoulders including dresses Enjoy the sunshine

13.01.2022 Good Morning to our Occasional Care Families!! With our restrictions in Victoria easing a little more, we are changing the way you drop off and pick up... * You will only be required to wear a Mask if you are in the Foyer or enter the room with permission (No masks required outside)... * Temperature checks will still be required and need to be 37.5 or under Now getting back to the old days you will now be required to * SIGN in & out your child when dropping off and picking up on the Ipad this is a legal requirement & ensure's you are correctly being charged for your sessions attended * Hand sanitizer will still be available Well Done Melbourne Take care & Keep Safe

13.01.2022 Morning Just a quick reminder regarding appropriate summer wear that coincide's with our sunsmart policy. Too many children have arrived this morning wearing singlets and singlet type dresses/t shirts which we've had to change in to clothing with short sleeves.... WIth this absolutley gorgeous weather we will be using lots water play in our program - lots of spare clothes are needed for days like today! Thank you!!!

12.01.2022 The centre is remaining open to support families while they continue to work whether its on site or at home Just a few things to remember with the NEW restrictions regarding chidcare.... You will need a Permitted work permit or Access to Onsite Childcare (working from home) signed by your employer.... A copy must be given to us before your child can attend. * Mask wearing for drop off an pick up still mandatory * Temperature checking still mandatory * Any cold or flu symptoms your child MUST stay home -If your child seems unwell at all you will be asked to collect them * Spaces have been reduced The safest place for your child is at home if possible, this is not the time to bring your child for socialising. Remember you must be working during these hours of care, if its your day off, your child should remain at home with you, if we all try and limit movement where we can the numbers will drop quicker and we can all get back to a new kind of normal as soon as possible. Stay safe, be kind. If you have any queries at all regarding care, please send us an email [email protected] or send us a fb message.

11.01.2022 *Don't forget to check out the trolley to find your child's belongings We have a mountain of lost property, the pile is huge!!! Please clearly label your child's clothing and hats ... Thank you

10.01.2022 Ok legends, so it’s into stage 4 we go for 6 weeks. It’s needed. Community transmission is too high. We are still here tomorrow as normal while we await more announcements from the government around what businesses & industries will remain open and get more clarification. What this means for us in Metro Melbourne. ... From 6 p.m tonight we are in a state of disaster. *We can’t leave outside a 5km radius of our houses. *Exercise is now with that same 5km radius and no groups bigger than 2 and for a maximum time of 1 hour per day. *1 person from your house can go shopping once a day. *There is a curfew from 8pm to 5am each day. You can only go out outside of this time to give care or receive care or to go to work. *From Wednesday, all students from all schools will move to remote and flexible learning. For regional Victoria: From midnight Wednesday regional Victoria will be going into stage 3 restrictions. That’s all we know for now. Stay Safe. Be Kind.
