14.01.2022 At Chelva Holdings we can assist with all concrete repairs! Lipman Constructions has requested our services to repair door thresholds that had been poured at the wrong levels. This involves scabbling the existing concrete to achieve the required height and also provide a good key to the substrate for the repair mortar. Apply a primer, then Parchem HB40 (40mpa) and finish as required, to achieve a non slip finish.... Updated photos to come of the finished results!

03.01.2022 Upgrading the Macquarie Park Cemetery entry for Kane Constructions, Chelva Holdings was asked to remove the 50 mm sandstone facing and infill with acrylic render to match surrounding walls. Using Unitex HiLIte, we were able to build out to match and leave ready to apply Unitex Beach Render ready for painting. Upgrade is definitely an improvement. See before and after photos below!
