13.01.2022 Update on the 2015 Cherax Classico EVOO.... ALL SOLD!!!!......Tanks cleaned and ready for the 2016 harvest! A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us and purchased our Classico 2015 ...Now looking forward to the 2016 Harvest in May...although not much fruit out there. Most groves seem to be the same way this year..... :( Anyway, will keep you all posted... Cook,Dip,Dress,Drizzle,Enjoy!

10.01.2022 So finally after months in the making our Website is up and running and ready to rock & roll..yay!!...Do log on to www.cheraxfarm.com.au and have a look-all feedback will be greatly appreciated!......We are sooo pleased with the final result. Have enjoyed some time away in the UK/Ireland supporting the Wallabies in the Rugby World Cup - Now home and busy getting the farm & Olive Grove "bushfire" ready for Summer! Irrigation to the Olive Grove is all sorted & with this hot weather the trees will be in need of good drink just like us!!..Cheers

09.01.2022 Parrots 1 Cherax Farm 0 Well we did try and have a Harvest in May..we knew there wasn't an awful lot of fruit on the trees..but thought there was enough for a small pressing. The parrots had other ideas!!...Any fruit that was left in the grove they managed to find and eat or destroy...ho hum.....that's life!!!! Therefore we have no 2016 Cherax Classico,Frantoio or Pendolino Extra Virgin Olive Oil available for you this year....soooo disappointed. Never mind there is always next year.. We still managed to have a great weekend with our wonderful "pickers"....lots of fun,food and special times had by all. Thank you guys for all your help and hopefully will get you picking properly next year ;)

04.01.2022 Fantastic results from the Perth Royal Show this year for both our lovely EVOOs...Cherax Pendolino a Silver medal and Cherax Frantoio a Bronze. Both have beautiful flavours & are available now!!.... Judges comments: Cherax Pendolino - Cut grassy aroma; peppery fruity aroma; strong bitterness & pepper transfer from aroma to palate. Lingering chilli finish! Cherax Frantoio - Salad leaf & rocket aromas persisted in the flavours with strong bitterness & minimal pungency.... So both are brilliant to ......Cook, Dip, Dress, Drizzle and most of all EnjoyYay!!!

04.01.2022 Oh & we received some great news while we were away..Cherax Classico 2015 won a Bronze Medal at the South West Olive Competition!!...Cook, Dip, Dress, Drizzle, Enjoy!!

01.01.2022 Just a few pics from the 2017 harvest at Cherax on the weekend...fantastic job by all pickers and rakers!Thank you all so much for your hard work great result with 114L of Frantoio & 95L of Pendolino...the beautiful oil is now resting and will be ready in June...can't wait to taste them both

01.01.2022 Check out "Salt & Company Cooking School" in North Perth for a great way to spend an evening learning new skills!..Went to the Greek night a few weeks ago (used lots of EVOO but not ours unfortunately!) and the Japanese Izakaya night on Tuesday!!..Wonderful food and great teachers- Reanne & Jake- Arigatoo gozaimasu Guys & look forward to doing more classes through the year! :)
