21.01.2022 these days i’m just amazed at our concept of food when did it become so sophisticated and fancy! one thing about ayurveda that really makes sense to me is that food is medicine ... many of us are so removed from eating the fresh basic food that our digestive systems can actually manage to process so that we end up with nutrition from it and the understanding that raw food/fruit isn’t necessarily good for all of us - depending on the state of our digestive system - is also such a revelation! warm cooked food is so comforting - especially in this cold dry weather i wish you well
