However, we must understand, that a lot of the foods that we do eat offers very little in nutrition for our bodies and often are full of ingredients that we simply don't even identify as food. ... When we look at our diet with this information, we can begin to understand that if we are eating foods that do not support us in health, but actually support us in staying unwell, that any medicines, including vitamin and mineral supplements, will have little to no effect if we do not first address what we are putting in our mouths. 13.01.2022 BUGS IN MY BELLY IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME vs SIBO ... IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) have many common signs and symptoms. Both cause biochemical and structural changes in the intestinal tract. BOTH CAUSE DYSFUNCTION IN THE GUT-BRAIN AXIS Healthy bacteria needs to be fed and nurtured with healthy, colourful, whole foods and plenty of water. They produce things like vitamins, enzymes and hormones essential to health (eg vitamin B12 and serotonin). Unhealthy bacteria will feed off the unhealthy foods and food sensitivities and have the ability to flourish, overpopulate your gut and contribute to health issues. They produce toxic waste that causes problems (eg ammonia and methane). The damage done affects the intestinal border lining. The eye is a direct extension from the brain and so is literally the window into our central nervous system. Every individual on this planet has their own iris presentation based on a specific iris map. Yours are different from everyone else's and this re-enforces how unique we all are. Because they will give you a record of results to see which direction any blood markers are heading. BUT MY DOCTOR SAID THAT I AM 'NORMAL' "Normal" is based on an average that the laboratory, analysing your results, has established. This "Normal" is based on the blood that comes through their laboratory. The ranges they establish are very broad as they accommodate a wide variety of blood taken from generally sick people. MY BLOODS ARE 'NORMAL' AND I STILL FEEL SICK. THEN LOOK AT YOUR BLOOD FOR 'OPTIMAL',(instead of normal) HEALTH. WHAT IS 'OPTIMAL' blood reference range? 'Optimal' blood levels are when your blood ranges are within the healthy range for you. This is a much smaller range than the typical 'Normal' range.
