17.01.2022 The developmental checklist can be a helpful guide to know where your child might be at. But it doesnt define your child... its just a guide to know if theyre on the right track. Developmental checklist come from observational studies of large cohort of children over time to see patterns in development and can be helpful to determine is something is amiss and if the child might need some extra support. Einstein didnt learn to say his first words until 3 years old and supposedly had some poorer gross and fine motor skills.

Its an unlikely f...riendship but it should be a model for all of us. The only thing needed to build a relationship with someone is a mutual understanding and loving them for who they are. 03.01.2022 Awesome tips for accessibility in this remote-learning era. Share, download, save! Also: These steps help everyone!! A colleague today mentioned how, in two sec...tions of the same course offered in the same semester several years ago, one section had a sort of closed captioning for one deaf student in the class (on a reader-board above the chalkboard), while the other did not have it. In the class with the captioning, the average student grade for all students was one full letter higher. EDIT: Someone was kind enough to send me the original source for these, and to let me know that I missed the one for people with anxiety (added in the comments).
