22.01.2022 This week on Make it Tasmania, meet New Zealand artist Sheree Martin, who fell in love with a Tasmanian man and now calls Hobart home. After making the move, Sh...erees dream became reality when she founded The Little Red Art Shed. Here, she ignites the imagination and creativity of young children through art-inspired playdates that range from barefoot moving and grooving with paint and tunes through to delving into playdough fun or the use of natural materials like clay from her own backyard. 21.01.2022 Please share this as so many animals are dumped or mistreated. Its so sad to know this. Support these places who care for these injured or abandoned animals. If you have met our lovely Cous Cous (ginger cat) you might not know she was originally found as a kitten dumped in a box in a car park. Thankfully a lovely friend of mine rescued her. Many animals are not as fortunate so we all need to be aware and vigilant for their sake.

20.01.2022 What a busy week we had with making Mothers Day cards and visiting Bonorong wildlife sanctuary. Learning about all the different types of animals and what to do when we see an injured animal on the road.

15.01.2022 You might be wondering...who exactly is behind Cherry Blossom Cottage Family Day Care? We are just 3 friendly bears who have great passion for animals and nature. On our days off we enjoy camping as a family. Mama bear loves the beach, taking photos of nature and spending time with her animals. She enjoys quiet time at the cafe with a book on her day off.... Papa bear loves playing with all kinds of animals and is always looking for fun. When hes not working, he likes to shoot hoops. Baby bear is fun loving and creative. Hes a whizz at coming up with new games and imagining different ways to have fun. He loves to draw in his spare time. His animals are his best friends. Next week we will be celebrating our 1 year anniversary. We would like to thank all our supporters and families for helping us reach this BIG milestone. Love from the Cherry Blossom Cottage team x
