Here's a flashback to 1998 compared to what it looks like to date. Each year, the centre usually takes in over 1,000 gifts donated from the generous community and we are hoping to make this year’s drive even bigger and brighter than ever. 18.01.2022 Thanks Lorraine for sharing your Morroccan Carrot Salad! We know itll go nicely along with some lamb skewers. Ingredients: 1 small red onion finely sliced and chopped 2 large carrots grated... 1/2 cup chopped fresh seeded dates 1/2 cup slivered almonds and pine nuts (mixed) toasted 1/4 cup coriander leaves Dressing: 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup white vinegar 2 teaspoons ground cumin toasted in frying pan 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon salt Directions: 1. Combine carrots, dates, nuts and coriander in large bowl and refrigerate until required. 2. Place all dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well to mix 3.
