08.01.2022 Who / what is Cherry Creative Films? I am a homeschooling, film making, procrastinating, sometimes over eating and thinking mother of three based in Northern NSW. After losing myself (and track of what day it was) somewhere between baby number one and two, I finally found my feet again & discovered I wasnt actually lost, I was reborn. A new woman, a mama. In among my discovery of self I found a love for creating videos. I taught myself everything I could and harassed a local... media company to let me work for them for free to get some experience. Eventually, they hired me (and paid me) and I enjoyed opportunities to work as a producer and a camerawoman. I saved every cent I could and purchased my own camera (big deal for me as a mum who guilted herself into the ground for spending money on clothes or haircuts or anything for myself). I moved to Northern NSW and carefully dipped my toe into video opportunities here and there but soon became pregnant again and decided to step back & focus on my children. This time around I have really enjoyed soaking up becoming a mother again. Ive slowed down so much and it has truly been a gift immersing myself in motherhood and allowing each day to unfold. Its given me a deep appreciation for women and also driven me to help other parents capture these fleeting moments in time in a way they can cherish for years to come. Family films are the gift I wish for every family to have. Tianda x

Absolutely! And youll be pleased to know I held onto that baby for another two and a bit weeks. 01.01.2022 Since becoming a mother myself, Ive often wondered about my childhood. Knowing now how my mother must have felt when she held me as a baby in her arms, or when I took my first steps. If you could go back and re-live a day in your childhood, what would that feel like for you? How much would it mean to you now?... Family films are about capturing and breathing life into your family memories. Traditions, ocassions, milestones or stories shared and expressed in an emotional one of a kind film for you to cherish and look back on for generations. I am so grateful to be able to work with families in such a unique and memorable way.
