24.01.2022 I hope you are having a great Monday, however we have a serious problem with the level of respect we are showing our owners with regards to spending money, every time we have to clean up after grubby residences it costs us money, we are now having to consider security cameras so we can see who keeps doing this, your property and rubbish green or house hold is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! our gardener is not paid to pick up after you! IF YOU KNOW WHO DID THIS PLEASE LET US KNOW ...

21.01.2022 Hello from the committee at Cherwood Lodge, As I am sure you are aware there have been some changes of late with the introduction of Glen our new handyman / Gardner, Glen will be on site 3 days per week taking care of the lawns and general maintenance. Glen will also be keeping an eye on what is happening around our complex to make sure it is kept clean and clear of rubbish and reporting any breaches of the by laws. There are a few things that have come to light that have be...en an issue for some time, one is the rubbish area (see photo’s). This is not a dumping ground for big waste, it is a place to put house hold rubbish not used furniture etc.. it is also not acceptable to dump rubbish in the common areas, it must be placed in the bins and kept tidy. Please be mindful of this as it is very unfair to the residence trying to keep our homes clean and presentable. Car Parking in visitor areas. This will be policed going forward and we will be towing vehicles that are consistently parked in visitor spots... these are for visitors... if you have a guest staying for a period of time please let us know a few days is acceptable ONLY if permission is granted by the committee. 21.01.2022 There is Plumbing work going to take place on Friday 27th March 2020 between 10.00 am and 12.00 Noon. Unfortunately Water to the Complex will have to turned off during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Cherwood Lodge Committee

20.01.2022 Urgent Attention: VERY INCONSIDERATE: DO NOT DUMP RUBBISH LIKE THIS IN THE BINS. the bins are for house hold rubbish only.... This behavior costs all of us money to remove, I am sure you will agree our money could be better spent elsewhere. A breach notice will be sent to the owner of this rubbish.

20.01.2022 Good Afternoon everyone, I hope you are all having a great week, the committee would like to remind you that we will be towing cars that are consistently parked in visitor spaces. Offending vehicles will be issued a notice under the windscreen you will have 24 hours to remove the car, if the car is parked there again expect it to be towed at your expanse. *If you have a visitor for a few days, please send an email or private message with make, model and registration to be approved by the committee. Please people be considerate, we are trying to save the Body Corporate money and this is not helping!... and we don't want to keep these kind of post coming, I would much rather post nice things not this "rubbish". 11.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE The committee have been working with an electrician to restore the lights on the drive way, he is running into a lot of difficulty, and still unable to find the source of the problem, with out going to the lengths of digging up the drive way we are now looking at other options for lighting. take care... 07.01.2022 ATTENTION (AGAIN) If you are the owner of this bike or TV please take it to the dump, of if you know who owns it feel free to deliver it back to the owner....THIS IS VERY UNFAIR and INCONSIDERATE..we will be putting cameras up to monitor this and you will be sent a breach notice..
