11.01.2022 This delicious 200 calorie Shepherds Pie recipe is perfect for keeping on track during these cooler months Thank you @thyme.2.cook Calories: 200 | Servings: 1 INGREDIENTS (Vegetarian option also available) : 140g Extra lean minced Beef... 50g Celeriac 10g Finely sliced mushrooms 10g Finely sliced Courgette 10g Finely sliced Shallots Garlic Clove Garlic seasoning Fresh Rosemary Fresh Thyme 1 Bay leaf Cambridge weight plan Golden Vegetable flavour DIRECTIONS: 1Cook the mined beef in a saucepan with a small spray of fry light. Add the garlic once the minced beef starts to brown. 2Once the minced beef is cooked add the sliced vegetables, Rosemary, Thyme and Bay leaf to the saucepan and mix 200ml of boiling water with 1tsp of Cambridge golden vegetable flavouring. Add to the saucepan and let simmer for around 15 minutes. 3Chop the Celeriac into small chunks and add to another saucepan. mix 200ml of boiled water with 1tsp of Cambridge golden vegetable flavouring. Add it to the Celeriac with a stem of fresh Rosemary and garlic seasoning. Let simmer until the Celeriac is soft. 4Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 6/200electric oven. Remove the Minced beef from the heat and transfer it to a small serving dish, suitable for the oven. 5Once the Celeriac is ready, drain the water leaving a small amount (around a teaspoon As it really adds to the delicious flavour) Remove the Rosemary stem. 6Using a potato masher, mash the Celeriac until smooth. 7Place the Celeriac mash on top of the minced beef and place in the oven for ten minutes.
