24.01.2022 I’ve been working on a little project with @drkatherinetonks - building a fun learning program to help build nutrition knowledge & cooking skills of individuals in the community. Our first session was on plant-centric eating with amazing feedback from the participants! My favourite feedback? Meat loving participants who were mind blown that our black bean burger tasted SO good ... Unfortunately, we had to put the program on hold temporarily due to COVID-19. But I am looking forward to recommencing the program (hopefully soon!). Stay safe everyone!
