23.01.2022 SOUL TALK..... Your guidance is only one breathe away, soften your mind, drop down to your heart...listen...sshh. It's that simple, if we choose to be consciously aware enough to go there when I mind, our ego, is ranting and raving.... It can all get a bit too much up there in the attic of our mind. At soul level our safety net is our breathe. Just take a minute to re- set...drop your conscious awareness down to your heart space, take a deep breathe in thru your nose, place your tongue on the roof of you mouth, blow everything out , like your blowing out a candle, do this 3 times... then once more in and on the last breath exhale with an "aaaaah" ...feel into that energy, are you calmer, softer, really feel your calm. Do this as many times throughout the day to check into you.. have a little re- calibration of your energy...have a beautiful day. 17.01.2022 It's time! I just drew this card for as as a collective... The message is clear...2020 usually relates clear vision , as in perfect eyesight...but the year 2020 certainly didn't give many of us clear vision.... It was a great time to take stock of what really matters to us, to connect us back to the " heart" of everything, especially the heart of ones " self"..heart of ones " soul " . We had time to assess, re- connect , go inwards, if you took the opportunity to do so, you may have noticed many things needed to change, on many levels. So the drawing of this card, is her apt, especially in the last full moon and the eclipse period. It's time to ask yourself, what is not aligned in your life, or what needs to change? Breaking down the barriers, the judgements that hold you back,is now paramount for you to move forward. Take off the masks, there is no time to waste. Stop living up to other people's expectations of you if they do not align with your path. It's easy to tell if things are out of alignment in your life. Things just keep going wrong, you keep getting sick, your feeling stuck and so on. Have a think what you can change that would feed your soul, fill you up, make you smile, just do it... be your weird beautiful self. ALIGN YOUR LIFE.....only you can...the message is clear...be brave, be bold, be you...sometimes that's the hardest thing for me to do, but I'm always a works in progress and I have come a long way because of it...you gotta do the work...blessings under this last full moon...

11.01.2022 You know it's going to be a magical day when it starts off with a tiny feather floating down to your feet and being aware that the veil is so thin between realms...it always is...but especially today on 1.11 (Angel numbers indeed). We walked for hours and came back to the car where we had parked earlier in the day, all to find at my feet a love heart and an another tiny feather on the path right near the car...never seen when we started our walk...awareness is everything. ...BUT I might add, when we pulled over for Molly whoof to tend to her business...this was beautiful but black feather was at my feet...*it's over a foot long* It's raining feathers...so in gratitude to all my loved ones who shower me with their loving presence. BE open to their signs it's so soulfully heart warming to believe they never leave our side.

04.01.2022 Have you ever asked yourself this question...."What can you do today to love myself even more?" I just heard this questiion on a live broadcast i was listening to and I thought I'd put it to you as it struck a cord. " Loving yourself " is misconstrued by so many... I like to interpret it as "love of self". Many shy away from loving themselves and there lies lots of deep seated emotion. Have you tried loving yourself? Truely LOVING SELF? Its not an emotion you really think abo...ut in relation to you, yet we so freely give it to someone else.. so today I ask you to ask yourself the very question I was asked...."What can I do today to love myself even more?" Comment below....love to hear so i can give myself more ways to love me...are you in ??? 01.01.2022 HOW I BECAME A WARRIOR Once, I ran from fear so fear controlled me. Until I learned to hold fear like a newborn.... Listen to it, but not give in. Honour it, but not worship it. Fear could not stop me anymore. I walked with courage into the storm. I still have fear, but it does not have me. Once, I was ashamed of who I was. I invited shame into my heart. I let it burn. It told me, "I am only trying to protect your vulnerability". I thanked shame dearly, and stepped into life anyway, unashamed, with shame as a lover. Once, I had great sadness buried deep inside. I invited it to come out and play. I wept oceans. My tear ducts ran dry. And I found joy right there. Right at the core of my sorrow. It was heartbreak that taught me how to love. Once, I had anxiety. A mind that wouldn't stop. Thoughts that wouldn't be silent. So I stopped trying to silence them. And I dropped out of the mind, and into the Earth. Into the mud. Where I was held strong like a tree, unshakeable, safe. Once, anger burned in the depths. I called anger into the light of myself. I felt its shocking power. I let my heart pound and my blood boil. Listened to it, finally. And it screamed, "Respect yourself fiercely now!". "Speak your truth with passion!". "Say no when you mean no!". "Walk your path with courage!". "Let no one speak for you!" Anger became an honest friend. A truthful guide. A beautiful wild child. Once, loneliness cut deep. I tried to distract and numb myself. Ran to people and places and things. Even pretended I was "happy". But soon I could not run anymore. And I tumbled into the heart of loneliness. And I died and was reborn into an exquisite solitude and stillness. That connected me to all things. So I was not lonely, but alone with All Life. My heart One with all other hearts. Once, I ran from difficult feelings. Now, they are my advisors, confidants, friends, and they all have a home in me, and they all belong and have dignity. I am sensitive, soft, fragile, my arms wrapped around all my inner children. And in my sensitivity, power. In my fragility, an unshakeable Presence. In the depths of my wounds, in what I had named darkness I found a blazing Light that guides me now in battle.
