18.01.2022 While we were all locked down 3 months ago, we needed something for Jake to do while receiving JobKeeper. This is the result. We've got 3 new beverages for you all to try, for $6.50 each. The ginger beer is a spicy lightly hopped ale, our hard lemonade is a bitter lemon drink made with local lemons perfect for lovers of campari and other bitter appertifs, and finally we have our dry cider, the strongest of the 3, made with locally sourced apples.

Introducing "The Merlot", aged in an ex Merlot French Oak cask, this 51%ABV certainly doesn't come across as anything inappropriate. There is just a beautiful, subtle warmth assisting the balance to hit the sweet spot. A simply beautiful dram that is disgracefully easy drinking. As we start to leave the colder months, we'll be swi...tching out drinking by the fire to drinking outside watching the sun set.
