25.01.2022 After the winter months our skin (and the skin of our little ones) needs some TLC. By adding a few teaspoons of flaxseed oil to your breakfast or dinner you can make your hair and skin more radiant. Flaxseed has a mild nutty flavour that kids love. Add it oil to porridge, salad dressing, vegies or simply off the spoon. Only need 1-2 tsp per little person and 1 tbsp per adult daily.



15.01.2022 A tip on giving your kids "green smoothies or juices"... I always colour match my smoothie or juice with the cup and always use a lid and straw. In fact any coloured cup with a lid and straw will do the trick- oh and make sure they don't see you mixing it! My kids happily drink a green smoothie every day- i use things like kale, apple, beetroot, carrot, cucumber, lemon and add a dash of cinnamon (to balance blood sugar), probiotic powder (for tummy health) and some ice or water then blend in a strong blender for 1 minute or until smooth. It tastes great and is packed full of nutrients...enjoy!
