New today are my Bountyfull cups (nut free), P, B & J cups, the fudge is raspberry/macadamia and magnums are caramel (strawberry cream should be ready later in the day). 21.01.2022 Due to a lovely post last week from our gorgeous customer Shelly, it looks like we are now in the wholefood treats retail industry! After being shared on Castlemania on Wednesday, we have sold out every day, despite continuing to increase our numbers. We will have new and affordable treats available every day. All are refined sugar free, gluten friendly and plant based (including a selection of nut free items by request) using Australian Organic products when available.... Please note these are made daily in small batches and available until sold out. Today we have:

I’m working on a lemon meringue cheese cake recipe this afternoon. All gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan of course. Happy Sunday

14.01.2022 Good morning everyone on this foggy Tuesday. The freezer is stocked full of homemade, healthy deliciousness. Thank you to Wayne and Cath from the amazing local business Nut Fusion for the melt in your mouth nut butters that make my treats taste so delicious. And Cath from Chewton Pet Supplies for the yum lemons that inspired our lemon Bliss Balls ... A few new items in the freezer, as well as some new ice creams on the way soon. Roasted Almond, Roasted hazelnut and my ultimate success, a snickers ice cream. The final test ones have just been consumed by my biggest critics who agreed with me that it is one of the best things they’ve tasted, so stay tuned.... As usual, all are refined sugar free and gluten and vegan friendly. Who’d have thought healthy could taste so good?? 13.01.2022 Dearest patrons, pals, punters and munters As you are aware, restrictions are being eased as of tomorrow, the first of June and we wanted to make you aware of ...our future plans at the Red Hill Hotel. Our crew have decided to remain closed throughout June and have earmarked the start of July as our intended official re-opening. We feel that this is a responsible course of action at this stage of the current and very uncertain global pandemic and is the best thing for the safety and peace of mind of our staff and ultimately you, our loyal customers. We look forward to some sense of normality again and can’t wait to welcome you back to the venue with open and sanitised arms in July. Thanks for keeping in touch, thanks for the support and thanks for your patience from all at the Red Hill Hotel.

04.01.2022 As we launched the new business name and socials for our wholefoods business, I delivered 20 mixed boxes of my whole food goodies to close friends and family for feedback over the weekend. The response has been great at the Servo but I wasn’t sure what would come out of the weekend. I was just hoping everyone would like them!! After some really positive feedback and lots of posts on social media we have no choice but to hit the ground running. It looks like we are going to st...art with some delivery dessert/treat/ice cream boxes. Stay tuned to our new Facebook and Instagram pages as details about ordering and pricing are released over the next couple of days.
