25.01.2022 ONE WEEK LEFT TO VOTE! Voting for Darebin City Council elections closes next Friday October 23 at 6pm so make sure you fill your ballot out and get it in your nearest mailbox as soon as possible. Remember that this year, voting is now compulsory for people that are 70+ too. ... I’ve listened to our community and I feel confident that we can make this election the most impactful yet. Let’s get some much needed changes in Darebin. A strong local COVID recovery. Faster action on climate change. Improved parking. We got this.

24.01.2022 It hasn’t been an easy road for anyone. But this weekend’s results are a cause for celebration. As we move towards COVID-normal I can’t wait to see how Council will support our local businesses. We need fast support on outdoor seating options for restaurants. Solutions for businesses that are sustainable and focus on restoring our vibrant local culture. I want a speedy COVID recovery for all of Darebin. 24.01.2022 This week is National Carers Week. My Nonno has spent his life working hard to provide for us. Now, he depends on the support of his extended family and local community. There's so many people I want to honour right now but I have to say a special thanks to my mum and Zia Rita. They are there everyday of the week, cooking, cleaning, taking him to the doctors and providing him with company. Without them, it would be really tough.... Thank you to Mum, and thank you to Zia. Thank you to all our carers.

07.01.2022 We’re now in the last week of voting for Darebin City Council - I feel nervous, excited and most of all grateful. Walking around the streets of the South Ward and seeing my face everywhere is a little surreal. It’s also heart warming. All of the friends (old and new) that have extended an arm of support throughout the past couple months are what has kept me going. On the other side of all the trials and tribulations that come with running for council I have this to say: I’ve ...never wanted to represent this group of people more. It’s you that make me so happy to live where I do and it’s you that makes me want to get local council done right. Thank you
