24.01.2022 This is Mojie an exeptional Sphynx....good looking and much too intelligent.....and his human carer is Judi. He and his little girlfriend Mocha stayed with me at Chicas Cattery this past week. Judi makes all Mojie's clothes and he is wearing his pyjamas. Eat your heart out Kotomoto cat clothes

23.01.2022 New chicas kittens arrived Friday 7th August. Four Siamese boys one Siamese girl and one black Oriental girl. Mother and babies doing fine. Can't tell the colour of their points for a few weeks yet. My job now is to make sure Mum and kittens thrive

22.01.2022 Feeding time at the zoo. Kitty's now 6 weeks old and we are starting to eat real food. Fellow cat breeders will understand the ups and downs of weaning kittens. Not just the food the litter trays and making sure everyone gets enough to eat including Mum. The little kitten by herself is a seal point girl. Dear folks these kittens have all been booked at this stage and are beginning to receive visitors. Best wishes

22.01.2022 Always warms my heart when I see how much people love their cats and vice versa. Buddy( note the name) was adopted as an adult but he is so much loved. Buddy was polite and friendly with me at Chicas but you should have seen the way both Buddy and his people greeted each other when they came to collect him .

22.01.2022 Spot the cat. This is Darya a Russian blue lady snuggled deep within her igloo. I had to use the flash to photograph her. Chicas cattery provides blankets sleeping boxes and even electric blankets for the oldies but cats are welcome to bring their own personal furniture and bedding if they want so they feel more at home.

20.01.2022 Oh so cute and so beautiful. This is Chloe one of my regular guests. She posed for the photo like a professional

19.01.2022 Brave Kla Han has been whisked off to a new home with another Chicas Siamese. I am sure he will do well. Silly me it breaks my heart each time I get too fond of my kitties. But I'm sure he will make his new family very happy

17.01.2022 Tofi...13 yo Australian Mist pedigree cat .Determined head buffer and such a gentle well bred soul. She surprised me on her first night at Chicas Cattery by popping out of her igloo and giving me a serious headbutt followed by blinks of friendship and much purring. Australian Mist is a designer breed originating in Victoria some 20 years ago. She is a beautiful example of a chocolate Mist. My pleasure to look after you for a short while Tofi.

16.01.2022 So proud of them ..... this will be the last photo of the 6 siblings together. They are all off to their new homes today and next week they have been fun their mum and I will miss them. But they will soon have their new owners under control.

16.01.2022 How many cats are sitting on the chair

Lovely big units and personal care. I have been really quiet at Chicas Cattery these past few months. But the time has come to move forward. Listen out folks and go to my webpage for information.... chicascats iinet.net.au. let me know if you hear my ad I think it's lovely. Best wishes from Sue at chicas

10.01.2022 Kittens 4-weeks old today. Have been trying to take a decent photo but they seem to have learnt already The Knack of foiling the good shots by moving and turning away as grown-up cats know how to do . Plus photo of the little black girl for Melissa

09.01.2022 Kittens 2 weeks old and all booked. Some people had put their name down even before the kitties or born. So at this stage I have none available I'm so sorry. I keep in touch with the potential new owners. Here is a couple of piggies these guys are just two weeks old

08.01.2022 Kla han has received a positive opinion from Dr Amelia a veterinarian who has had quite some experience with his condition. Thank you so much to everyone on Facebook ok then advice. So now he has the all clear I can start looking for a home for him

08.01.2022 Almost back to normal at last . On 17th July my cattery reception kitchen laundry and storeroom were flooded with tap water. Insurance company accepted claim but it has taken till now to have the vinyl restored and some wooden furniture repaired. Mind you it has been a good opportunity to have a clean up.

06.01.2022 Check out one of the best boarding catteries in Perth which is filling up for September and October school holidays. Information on my website www.chicascats.iinet.net.au

06.01.2022 OPEN AND VISITORS VERY WELCOME. I changed a setting on my Chicas Cattery information page yesterday and by mistake ticked the button which said I was "permanently closed". So to my well-wishers, I thank you for your concern. I have now corrected, so apart from me being just a little silly, all is well at Chicas. Pretty quiet due here to Covid restricting our travel plans far and wide, but things are picking up a little now. Best wishes to all.

06.01.2022 Chicas Kla Han.... Siam Lilac Tby Pt. Born 2.2.20. Discovered at Age 3 months that he had a condition called pectus excavatum. This is a dipping inwards at the base of his rib cage. Vets Have advised on studying x-rays that this is a mild case. He has no adverse symptoms now bright energetic good appetite sweet character. But no vet will give me a professional prognosis. I want to know if he's going to be ok into the future and I can then find him a home of his own. Which he would love. But if the condition is going to worsen and cause him breathing difficulties then he will stay with me and his mum for as long as he wants. The point of this post is to see whether anyone out there knows where I should go for professional advice or first hand information on this condition. In the meantime little Kla Han is here in the sunshine

03.01.2022 Chicas Kla Han has the all clear and is now looking for a home to take over. He is energetic and very beautiful. He is a chocolate tabby Point Siamese boy born 2nd of February fully vaccinated microchipped and sterilised. Contact me by phone or message for more information.
