23.01.2022 Likerish! What a great start to the year! A fantastic venue with character and delicious food and fantastic service. Our Food and Wine Mistresses chose to bring our own wines for this dinner and showcased our Adelaide Hills wines supporting wineries that have been affected by the fires. All the wines were well received and paired well with our meals.

23.01.2022 Our Food & Wine Mistresses have excelled again. The Chef at Jolly's Boathouse created a delightful menu that was enjoyed by all.

20.01.2022 A wonderfully contemporary seven course degustation! Entree was served with a beautifully crisp Mitchell 2017 Watervale Riesling, and main courses with a 2010 Geoff Merrill Reserve Cab Sauv. #delicious

18.01.2022 Lenzerheide was the perfect venue for our Club Christmas dinner. Delightful food and wines and a cute gift from our President. It was such a pleasure to share the evening with our Members. Our food and wine mistresses are excelling in their choices. Well done!

17.01.2022 Our April dinner! Wow! Pru and Georgie have excelled again. We began our evening at Mimasu with Mio Sparkling Sake. What a delightful surprise that was. Beautiful soft bubbles and a subtle flavour. The night progressed with such a range of dishes filled with flavour it was hard for our Members and Guests to pick a favourite. Thank you again Ladies and Mimasu for a fantastic night.

15.01.2022 I got so excited about the stuffed Zucchini Flower for entree, I forgot to take a photo! However I managed to restrain myself to capture our wonderful Goat on Polenta main which was served with beautiful crispy vegetables & dessert was a delightful White Chocolate Brownie served with a Raspberry Coulis. Our canapés were so tasty as well. They were Blini's with smoked Salmon & delicate Chicken Croquettes. The wines matched our food perfectly. Many thanks to our Food and Wine Mistresses for an outstanding night at The Publishers Hotel.

14.01.2022 Another great night organised by our Food & Wine Mistresses. It was quite a nostalgic feel in the dining room at Benjamin on Franklin as noted by our Food Mistress, Jill. It reminded her of a dear Member's library where a previous function had been held. A huge thank you to Jill & Marilyn for a fantastic four years as Food & Wine Mistresses.

12.01.2022 A fantastic start to our year of dinners and friendships. Regattas Restaurant was a wonderful venue for our February dinner. Great Food, Wine and views. Our menu of shared plates was received well by all. The wine was matched well with the food AND Who would have thought Cointreau would pair so well with Eton Mess.

03.01.2022 Paracombe Winery was a perfect venue for The Club's Social Day. Scenic views, great food and wines were enjoyed immensely by our Members and Guests. Our Hosts, Kath and Paul were welcoming and informative and were more than happy to answer any questions the group asked. The tour of the winery was a highlight. Thanks to Nina, Pru and Georgie for organising another fantastic day.

03.01.2022 Happy Christmas! Our wonderful Food & Wine Mistresses organised a delightful Christmas dinner for us at Delicatessen Kitchen & Bar with exceptional food & matching wines. Great venue! A favourite was the delicate Salmon cured in Gin, closely followed by a twist on the traditional roast Turkey for Christmas was the Duck breast & leg. Topped off with "Nana's" Christmas pudding with one guest commenting that she doesn't like pudding but "can I lick my plate"? That's a huge compliment to Nana. Well done Pru & Georgie. We wish everyone a very happy Christmas & a New Year filled with love & laughter.

02.01.2022 Another fantastic dinner last week. Our new Food & Wine Mistress' have certainly started the new year off well. Superb food and wine was enjoyed by all at the lovely Italian Restaurant La La La.
